Subject of Services
Vodkka Creative Design offers graphic design services, product branding, and premium industrial packaging design, including creating geometric shapes for premium water bottles, label design for organic soft drinks, and eco-friendly cardboard packaging for luxury cosmetics. We do not produce, distribute, or market distilled alcoholic beverages in any form.
Client Rights and Obligations
The client has the right to request modifications to delivered concepts, within the limit of three rounds of revisions included in the standard package. The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information about the product or brand for which they request design services and not to use the delivered materials for illegal purposes or that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Intellectual Property
All concepts, sketches, mockups, and digital files delivered remain the intellectual property of Vodkka Creative Design until full payment of the invoice. After payment, the client receives unlimited commercial use rights, unless the parties agree otherwise through a separate agreement. We reserve the right to present completed projects in our portfolio, unless the client requests confidentiality by contract.
Limitation of Liability
Vodkka Creative Design assumes no liability for any financial losses, indirect damages, or loss of profits resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the invoiced amount for the specific service that generated the claim. We do not guarantee that the services will meet all of the client's commercial expectations, only that they will be executed according to the agreed specifications.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
All information shared by the client during the collaboration is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties without the client's express consent. We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy available at policy.html. The client may request the deletion of their data at any time, except for data necessary for fulfilling legal obligations.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the site. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect.
Termination of Collaboration
Either party may terminate the collaboration with 30 days' written notice. In the event of a serious breach of terms (non-payment, abusive use of materials), Vodkka Creative Design may suspend or terminate services immediately, without notice. Upon termination, the client remains liable for payment for services already rendered.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
